  "biographicalOrHistoricalInformation": "Nach Gru\u0308ndung der Bundesrepublik Deutschland gingen die Aufgaben des DOG auf den Bundesgerichtshof in Karlsruhe, den Bundesfinanzhof in Mu\u0308nchen und das Bundesverfassungsgericht in Karlsruhe u\u0308ber. Nach Errichtung dieser Obersten Bundesgerichte wurden das DOG und die Generalanwaltschaft durch die Verordnung u\u0308ber die Auflo\u0308sung des Deutschen Obergerichts fu\u0308r das Vereinigte Wirtschaftsgebiet und der Generalanwaltschaft bei diesem Gericht vom 27.12.1951 am 31.12.1951 aufgelo\u0308st. Die Abwicklung, fu\u0308r die eine \"Abwicklungsstelle des Deutschen Obergerichts und der Generalanwaltschaft bei diesem Gericht\" in Ko\u0308ln eingerichtet wurde, endete im Jahre 1952. ; Aufgabe des Gerichts war die einheitliche Auslegung und Anwendung des privaten und o\u0308ffentlichen Wirtschaftsrechts.",
