Zusammengefa\u00dft wurden in Hamburg vier Institute der ehemaligen Reichsanstalt fu\u0308r Fischerei (1938-1945), die ab Ende 1945 von der Hansestadt Hamburg verwaltet worden waren: Institut fu\u0308r Seefischerei, Institut fu\u0308r Ku\u0308sten- und Binnenfischerei,Institut fu\u0308r Fischverarbeitung, Institut fu\u0308r Netz-und Materialforschung. Zusa\u0308tzlich integrierte der Rat die nach List/Sylt ausgewichene Biologische Anstalt Helgoland (BAH) in die neue zentrale Forschungsanstalt. Seit 2008 ist die BFAFi Teil des Johann Heinrich von Thu\u0308nen-Institut.",
