Seit 1762 war Gogel infolge des Auslandsgescha\u0308fts u\u0308ber ca. 70 bis 80 Jahre die bedeutendste Weinhandlung der Stadt bzw. im Reich. Sammler von O\u0308lgema\u0308lden (403 Stu\u0308cke) und Bu\u0308chersammler (3143 Ba\u0308nde). Beide Sammlungen wurden nach seinem Tod versteigert. Sammelgebiete waren au\u00dferdem Mineralien, Conchylien, Schmetterlinge sowie physikalische Instrumente.",
